IFTA panic usually starts the week the quarter is due, when miles are in the ELD and fuel is still on a card export nobody has opened. The two lists do not match, and the return is not something you want to invent from memory.
FleetCon can put ELD miles and fuel from a card file, a receipt, or a manual entry into one worksheet, using the IFTA rates stored for that quarter. If the miles or the fuel are incomplete, it does not pretend the quarter is ready. An empty cell is more useful than a confident wrong total.
That worksheet is preparation. It is not the filing. FleetCon does not file IFTA, does not file Form 2290, and does not compute a final legal tax liability. The export is for you and your CPA or Enrolled Agent. This is not tax advice.
The same limit applies to the rest of the books. Profit on the dashboard is invoiced loads minus expenses you recorded. It is not a tax return, and it is not a forecast. Use it to see which truck kept the money. Hand the filing to the person who signs it.
