FleetCon keeps the records a carrier puts in the books. This page says what that includes, who can open it, and how to reach us.
Who this covers
FleetCon is invite-only. There is no public signup. We create the company and invite the owner. The owner invites dispatchers, accountants, and drivers. This policy covers the people on that company and anyone who writes to us from the website.
What we store
Account details: name, email, and a password hash. We do not store the password itself.
Company details you give us: company name, and, if you send them, MC number, phone, and truck count on an access request.
The books: trucks, drivers, loads, rate confirmations, bills of lading, proofs of delivery, expenses, notes, and the reports built from those records.
Billing: if the owner subscribes, Stripe processes the card. FleetCon stores the subscription status and truck quantity, not the full card number.
If you connect an ELD or import a fuel-card file, we store the miles and fuel rows you bring in. We do not pull a card you did not connect or a file you did not upload.
How a rate confirmation is read
When you upload a rate confirmation for review, that file is sent to an AI provider so the load number, broker, lane, dates, rate, and miles can be suggested. Nothing is saved as a load until someone confirms it. Do not upload a file you are not allowed to share for that purpose.
Who can see a company’s books
The owner, and the people the owner invites, see the company according to their seat. A driver sees loads on the assigned truck after that login is linked. FleetCon staff who run the service can open a company when they need to support it, suspend it, or operate billing and IFTA rates.
Document links are private. A signed link expires in about 15 minutes. Files are not posted as public URLs.
What we do not do
We do not sell company books or contact lists. We do not file taxes. We do not fund loads.
The public site may use Google Analytics to count visits. That measurement is separate from the books inside a company.
How long we keep it
We keep a company’s records while the account is active and as long as we need them to operate the service, meet a legal duty, or resolve a dispute. Email mushiproduct1@gmail.com if you want a copy of what we hold for your company, or if you want the company closed and its records deleted.
