FleetCon is invite-only. There is no public signup. We create the company and email the owner. The owner invites the rest of the team and stays responsible for billing, tax settings, and who has a seat.

Published plans are for US carriers with 1–50 trucks. The trial is 14 days, no card, and capped at 10 trucks. After that, the owner pays per active truck. Dispatchers and drivers do not manage the subscription.

FleetCon is books for the fleet: loads, documents, expenses, profit by truck, a factoring email, and tax-ready exports. It is not a full transportation management system, not a load board, and not a product for brokers.

You confirm a load before it is saved. AI can suggest fields from a rate confirmation. The suggestion is not the record until you confirm it.

We do not file taxes and we do not compute a final legal tax liability. IFTA worksheets, Form 2290 tracking, and accountant exports are preparation for you or your CPA. This is not tax, legal, or accounting advice.

We do not fund loads. A factoring email sends the invoice, the rate confirmation, and the POD. The factor pays you. The BOL stays on the load and is not attached to that email.

You are responsible for the loads, documents, and expenses you enter, and for having the right to upload them. Profit on the dashboard follows the records in the company. A missing expense or an unsent invoice changes the number.

You can export accountant-ready PDF and CSV while the company is open. The books belong to the company, not to a public archive.

We can suspend a company that does not pay, abuses the service, or asks us to. A suspended company cannot keep working the books until it is opened again. Closing a company is requested by email to mushiproduct1@gmail.com.
